  • Professionally designed PowerPoint decks in a choice of styles (we make it easy for you to personalize the presentations by inserting your corporate logo and name into Encore PowerPoint decks).
  • Participant handouts of the PowerPoint decks (in PDF format).
  • Support materials and miscellaneous handouts (including quizzes, background reading, web links etc.).
• Email help line for facilitators.
• Access code to enable the purchase of additional manuals and other materials.
