Success with Stress

Who hasn’t experienced stress? It comes from every direction - work, home, personal commitments, volunteer activities - and it’s often difficult to manage it all. When it comes to managing your stress, as in everything else in life, one size doesn’t fit all. This course will help you to identify your specific areas of stress, to understand what stress is and how it affects you, and to identify what stress management techniques work best for you. This program provides practical strategies for managing your stress.
