The development group for Encore Workshops is headed by the experienced team of Mike Wicks and Ken Stratford who have worked together as trainers, motivators and mentors to over two thousand small businesses in the past twelve years. In addition, the Encore development team has developed and delivered analytical programs to dozens of large corporations, and national not for profit agencies.
The development group has brought together other change agents to author a new generation of compact training programs. These authors are equally experienced as training material developers and as program deliverers to hundreds of learners always testing and refining, to ensure that all of their learners become more aware, more committed and eager to start applying their new-found knowledge.
